Foundry Service

We supply castings in volume and batch quantities in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We can provide castings fully or part machined, painted and assembled.

We have pattern making facilities to make the required pattern tooling to our customers specification. We have the extensive Quality Assurance facilities you would expect from a ISO 9002 certified supplier.

Metals Cast

Our extensive range melting and heat-treatment units and comprehensive Quality Control system enables us to make ANY grade of these metals.

We have five distinct moulding processes covering castings from 0.01kg to 1500kg and quantities from one-off to 1000's off.

In-house metal analysis is the key to consistent performance. We have extensive sand and mould testing equipment. Individual or batch testing to international standards
